Your area of responsibility:

• In your role as project manager or scrum master, you control and coordinate complex, cross-realm projects in the context of digital transformation (agile and classic) – from the Conception, through implementation to rollout, e.g., for the introduction of new software
• You work in a customer-centric manner and work closely with your internal stakeholders, such as the board of directors, representatives from various specialist departments, such as product development or the IT department, as well as with external partners such as software developers and sales partners
• You will be involved in the optimization of project management processes and tools to strategically integrate relevant changes into day-to-day operations
• In close coordination with your specialized colleagues who are responsible for recording and modeling work you are responsible for work processes, and you check and optimize existing business processes
• You are also involved in central, cross-sectional tasks that directly support the Executive Board, e.g., for the design of data protection or the internal control systems

Anforderungen:
Your professional profile:

• You have a degree, e.g., in business informatics (bachelor’s or master’s degree) or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience that you require for the position
• You have proven experience in project management using an established project management procedure
• You will prove your theoretical knowledge of agile and classic project management, for example with a completed Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
• You have a good understanding of technology and the ability to act as a link between Business and IT to act as well as to communicate
• Knowledge of Lottery Solutions is helpful
• You are familiar with specification languages for documenting business processes
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Business fluent German is a matter of course for you, business fluent English is a required advantage
