Stellenbeschreibung:
Your areas of responsibilities:
System engineering
- Install, configure, test, and maintain server and operating systems and applications
- Proactively ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability, monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and eliminate potential risks within the IT infrastructure
- Prioritize incidents based on business relevance and provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support
- Maintain and improve security, backup and redundancy strategies
- Design, expand and operate cloud-based and on-premise storage, communication and collaboration platforms
- Support IT projects (evaluation, design, planning, implementation and monitoring)
Network engineering
- Designing and deployment of enterprise network infrastructure and compute services both on cloud and on-prem
- Experience in network authentication such as Radius
- Experience in performing and supporting configuring zone-based stateful firewalls, IPSec, security policies, network-ACLs and other network based technologies

- Successfully completed apprenticeship/studies in IT or comparable qualification
- Several years’ experience designing building and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure and networks
- Experience in setting up and operating complex server landscapes and network infrastructures
- Experience within data center architectures and tool implementation, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Windows 2019, and Microsoft Exchange
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbal
- Proactive, open-minded, able to work independently, but also a great team player
- Motivation to take on new challenges, be creative and innovate
- Team management experience desired but not essential
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
