Your areas of responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational implementation of campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Responsible for Email Marketing related CRM communication and support of the daily E-Commerce Business
- Strategic development, implementation and continuously optimization of further marketing automation campaigns along the customer journey
- Setting up membership and loyalty program in terms of email communication and data flows within the Salesforce infrastructure
- Implementation of tracking and reporting strategy including development of KPIs and recommendations for action
- Alignment with internal and external stakeholders on all CRM topics
Anforderungen:
Your profile:
Your profile:
- Profound experience in email marketing, retention marketing or CRM (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong technical understanding of E-Commerce business and a good understanding of data flows
- Experience in the technical briefing of developers (JIRA/Confluence)
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, AmpScript is a plus
- Working in a fast-paced digital environment paired with a proactive working mentality
- Fluent English skills
