Your areas of responsibilities:
- Implement an efficient IT service management
- Point of contact for IT support
- Analyze the existing system landscape and develop potential concepts for a smooth, secure and high-performance operation taking into account a high level of automation
- Maintenance of the knowledge database
- Support IT projects (evaluation, solution implementation, planning, implementation and monitoring)
- Solve medium to complex tickets and supervise our junior team members

- Successfully completed apprenticeship in IT systems, IT specialist or comparable studies
- Approximately 1-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Group Policies
- Knowledge in identity and access management with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
- Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office and Powershell
- Knowledge in ISO27001 or comparable
- Fluent in business English and German
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Customer and service oriented
