Your areas of responsibilities:
- Manage the replenishment and allocation to maintain good availability
- Be part of the assortment strategy development process for Cybex online shop
- Support the replenishment process and align both channels online and offline
- Arranging truck and container deliveries and monitor inbounds (quality blocks, repacks, lead times.)
- Be the point of contact for requests from Operations, CRM and Logistic, Supply Chain
- Align with global launch and marketing campaigns
- Drive the forecast process and continuously improve the forecasting techniques
- Establish long term NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) program
- Exchange work cross functionality to drive sales and maximize profit
Anforderungen:

Your profile:
- Ideally hold a degree within retail buying or supply chain or similar
- Some years of experience within the field of merchandising, retail buying or supply chain would be beneficial
- Experience or exposure towards Retail, e-Commerce business is strongly recommended
- Strong Excel skills is mandatory, SAP would be a plus
- Fluent English languages skills is a must, German or any other European language is a plus
- Interest or exposure towards the lifestyle, fashion, luxury retail or juvenile industry is recommended
- Strong Analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication skills at all levels
