Stellenbeschreibung:

Issuing hardware to all new members of staff and ensuring that all pieces of equipment are set up to internal standards
Providing user support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for the internal team
Supporting the IT Function and liaising with other internal stakeholders to develop the technologies internally as required
Working closely with the IT Manager and also working on your own with a positive “can do” attitude
Basic troubleshooting of switches, routers and firewalls
Assisting with the rollout of new devices
Actively seek and identify new opportunities to improve the IT Systems and IT Operations
Complete assigned tasks on time and management of your own workload

Anforderungen:

1+ years’ experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Remote Access Services
Installed/worked with AutoDesk/AutoCad a benefit but not requirement
Experience and knowledge of G-Suite and Google Work Space
Work as part of a progressive team with a passion for development and learning
Problem solving and decision making is an essential part of the role
