Your tasks

You conceptualize and implement the internal IT infrastructure as part of the team and adapt it to new circumstances.

In 1st-level support, you analyze problems, isolate and eliminate malfunctions, and develop guidelines and new technical concepts for the operation of the internal IT infrastructure.

You administer servers and clients in the company and take over user and rights management.

Your tasks include active IT risk management and designing, implementing and documenting IT processes.

• Completed, subject-related university/technical college studies in (business) information technology or vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration/application development) or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through many years of relevant professional experience and further training measures with at least 4 years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge in the administration of server and client systems with the operating systems Windows, Linux (Windows 10 / Ubuntu) and experience with Mac OS
• Solid knowledge in designing, commissioning and maintaining network infrastructures (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NPS, Azure AD, Microsoft Office 365, 3CX, Sophos, Ubiquiti Unify)
• Experience in planning, implementing and maintaining data security and network security measures (antivirus, patch management, monitoring, firewall, certificates)
• Knowledge in handling active network components and Wifi systems
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and storage systems (QEMU/KVM, TrueNAS, Synology)
• Good written and spoken English
