What to expect:
- Proactive approach (inbound/outbound), customer qualification and creation of offers
- Building of own customer relationships and network maintenance
- Analysing customer requirements and customer needs
- Collaboration with the teams field sales and support as well as informing customers about advantages and new features of our software
- Management and forecasting of sales projects using our CRM system

What we expect:
What we expect:
- You enjoy telephoning a lot and you have a high customer and service orientation
- Several years of professional experience in inside sales preferably in industrial automation or electrical components
- As a sales talent you have strong argumentation skills and persuasive power
- You are confident in using telephone systems, MS-Office and ideally CRM systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English, French or Italian would be a plus
